Kim De Ruyck

Kim manages the coordination of ELIXIR Belgium and is the central contact person for the Belgian ELIXIR Node. As member of the steering committee, she is involved in the strategic planning of the Node. Together with the ELIXIR Belgium partners, Kim follows up on the establishment of these plans. She also handles all administration concerning contracts, budgeting and reporting.

Kim is responsible for the communication with all national stakeholders (partners, research institutes, industry) and towards the international ELIXIR community, through the ELIXIR Belgium website and monthly ELIXIR Belgium newsletters. In order to further disseminate information and engage the community, Kim organises meetings and events aimed at the community as a whole or specific sub-communities.
